We are driven to create exceptional places, spaces and homes that truly have the future in mind.
As well as the way we build our homes, we strive to be a sustainable operator, understanding and managing our impact on people, the environment and the economy.
We do this through a distinct set of principles that informs our day-to-day decision making as well as our long-term strategy.
Adapting to the world’s sustainability changes, as standard
Sustainable principles
We strive to build sustainably across all our developments – whether it’s by bringing brownfield sites back into use through regeneration or looking for opportunities for sustainable redevelopment through land acquisition.
We prioritise our clients’ and actively seek feedback to improve our affordable home designs, including harnessing innovative modern methods of construction.
Sustainable by design
We focus on designing and developing efficient, high-quality, and durable homes to maximise positive environmental impact with minimal maintenance.
Many of our designs incorporate photovoltaic (PV) solar panels, air source heat pumps and electric vehicle (EV) charging points.
Our teams provide video guidance on how to use these installations in the most efficient way, empowering residents to get the most out of their homes and live more sustainably.

Promoting eco-conscious construction
From planning to completion, environmental protection is paramount at all our developments, which is why we use site-specific environmental plans, and all our site managers hold the responsibility of ‘green keeper’.
We emphasise waste prevention through careful planning and on-site recycling using segregation areas to ensure nothing goes to landfill through a longstanding partnership with Bakers Environmental Solutions.
We are paper-conscious from start to finish, emphasised by Project QR, an initiative which directs residents to a virtual user-guide, through a QR code, as opposed to printed paper guides.
How our sustainability supports you
To support the community, we strive to be considerate neighbours, minimising disruption and ensuring our contractors adhere to the same standards.
We reuse and donate materials to communities close to our developments, including schools, nurseries, charities, and ‘non-for profit’ organisations, and regularly repurpose equipment that can be given a new lease of life, including chairs, tables, printers, and laptops.
With our partners, we conduct business with integrity and respect throughout our value chain, implementing robust risk, compliance, and ethics policies.
Our social value output comes through local purchasing, job creation, and addressing unmet needs leveraged by our resources.
